Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• To provide exceptional account management
• To liaise with Sales Managers to pass accurate and timely leads
• To update CRM with accurate details of all customer contacts
• Maintain full, accurate, honest and timely records
• Build robust customer and supplier relationships
• Manage tender and business proposal process
• Help manage process of new supply installations / systems installations.
• Carry out telecoms audits as and when required.
• Build a strong knowledge of the telecoms industry through self-development and training.
Whilst the above are the main responsibilities within your role, dependent on business needs and requirements, you will be required to undertake other responsibilities.
