Ellisonpeople are recruiting for a Telecoms Account Coordinator to join a company based in Nelson Lancashire. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and exciting company going through a high growth period. Your role will be to provide sales and operation support to the Telecoms department. Reporting to the Business Support Manager you will have;

    • Telecoms background
    • Commercial awareness
    • Excellent analytical skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Experience in producing proposals and quotes
    • Must have exceptional organisational and communication skills.
    • Must have a strong customer service ethic.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

    • To provide exceptional account management
    • To liaise with Sales Managers to pass accurate and timely leads
    • To update CRM with accurate details of all customer contacts
    • Maintain full, accurate, honest and timely records
    • Build robust customer and supplier relationships
    • Manage tender and business proposal process
    • Help manage process of new supply installations / systems installations.
    • Carry out telecoms audits as and when required.
    • Build a strong knowledge of the telecoms industry through self-development and training.

Whilst the above are the main responsibilities within your role, dependent on business needs and requirements, you will be required to undertake other responsibilities.
